Dear Licensee, 

As part of OREC’s ongoing commitment to providing added value for our real estate licensees, we’re excited to announce that our Contract Forms will now be available exclusively to Real Estate Licensees through your License Portal. 

This change ensures that licensed professionals have exclusive access to the tools and resources they need for success in the industry. OREC will continue to provide certain consumer-facing forms on our public website as may be required by law. 

Legal Citation: 59 O.S. 858-208(14): The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission shall draft and revise real estate contracts and related addenda for voluntary use by real estate licensees. 59 O.S. 858-208(14).
