October holds a special significance for us this year. Not only does it usher in a season of change and reflection, but it also brings with it a renewed energy and direction for the Real Estate Commission. I want to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to Commissioner Susan Beach, who served commendably as the Commission's Chairwoman for 2023. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in guiding us through a year of challenges and achievements.
I'm also thrilled to highlight the unanimous appointment of Mary Terry as our new Chairwoman and Zan Waldenville as Vice-Chairwoman. Their commitment and expertise have been invaluable to us, and I'm confident they will lead with distinction.
