Here are all the ways you can receive your 1099-R:

Mailing: Your tax documents will be mailed by a third party by January 31, 2025.

Delivery: Please allow 10 business days for mail delivery.

Online Access: Your 1099-R will also be available online through the member portal at .

Reprint Requests: If you do not receive your mailed tax documents by February 18, 2025, you can complete the Member Document or Information Request form or contact 405-858-6737 to request a reprint.
2024 Form 1099-R
Your OPERS Form 1099-R for year 2024 is now available in the Member Portal. Log in and click “My Documents” to view or print this document.
Don't have an account? Create your Member Portal account now. Newly created accounts will need to go through a verification process which may take up to two business days.
Have you moved in the last year, or noticed an error in your address? You can update your address by completing a Change of Address form.
