OMMA Launches Patient Services Lobby

Patient and caregiver licensees,
The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) will officially open its Patient Services Lobby on Monday, June 15. This dedicated customer service space is designed specifically to provide patients and caregivers with direct, in-person support for their licensing inquiries.
To ensure a seamless visitor experience, the OMMA Patient Licensing team launched a pilot phase beginning in March. By inviting 50 real patients with upcoming renewal deadlines to test the lobby and booking system, the team used direct feedback to fine-tune operations ahead of the full-scale opening.
Patients and caregivers make up more than 98% of all OMMA licensees, and this new space reflects the agency’s ongoing commitment to accessibility, ensuring our largest licensee group receives the same tailored, face-to-face support available to our commercial licensees.

Location: The lobby is located at our main building in Oklahoma City.
Services: Patient and caregiver application assistance, renewal inquiries and general licensing support.
All specific details—including a preparation checklist and parking instructions—will be provided in your confirmation notice once your appointment is successfully booked.

Additional Support Options
While the Patient Services Lobby is exclusively for patient and caregiver license types, all existing customer service channels remain fully operational for all licensees. Applications and renewals will continue to be processed online. Utilizing the lobby is entirely optional; it is simply an additional service channel designed to offer extra support.
