As of Jan. 5, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has revoked the testing laboratory license of HighRes Labs, Inc. (LAA-CKDM-WJI8). As a result, HighRes Labs, Inc. cannot legally process any pending samples or provide testing results compliant with OMMA rules.
To have pending samples with HighRes Labs, Inc. tested in compliance with OMMA rules, follow the steps outlined below:

Submit a new primary and reserve sample to another lab, for Routine, Re-Testing or Post-Remediation Testing. Follow the typical process to submit lab samples.

Once the testing is complete for any of the testing scenarios, the status will remain as Testing in Progress. To manually update the status, open a support ticket with Metrc requesting that the status be updated to reflect the final lab results.
Completion of these steps is required to ensure pending samples at HighRes Labs, Inc. are tested in compliance with OMMA rules. Products are eligible for sale only after the new lab issues a passing Certificate of Analysis and the updated results are reflected in Metrc.
