Notice Regarding MedPortal Payment Error

We’re aware of a system error in the OMMA MedPortal where application fees are being processed, but applications are appearing as unsubmitted.

We are actively working with the developer to resolve this issue by the end of the day.

Licensees whose application fees were incorrectly processed will receive a refund. All licensees impacted should save proof of payment or their order ID number in case it's needed to fully resolve their case. This number can be found in the confirmation email that licensees receive after submitting an application.
