Commercial licensees,
As part of our efforts to resolve reported MedPortal issues, members of OMMA’s Commercial Licensing team are now working directly with the call center to help resolve issues in real-time and will respond to urgent commercial licensee inquiries at licensing@omma.ok.gov as soon as possible.
Addressing commercial licensee concerns through this enhanced support model will decrease call volume and free up call center specialists to focus on patient calls and patient contact form submissions, improving response times while continuing to support all licensees effectively.
As a reminder, no licensee will be penalized for delays caused by technical issues outside of their control.
