The lab requisition printing issue in PHOCIS has been resolved. Thor Shaffer reported that there were some name prefixes in a table that included "2013" in the name. These name prefixes have to be changed at the beginning of every new year to reflect the newly current year. Peter Lemmon ran a script to change the names. He had changed other names in other tables but had overlooked this one table. William Holmberg tested the changes and reported the update alleviated this issue.
