1045 HRS

Partners at the OMES Service Desk are now able to access the OSDH NetIQ Active Directory.  Bobby Goddard with the Security group stated that the AD group that contains the users for the OMES Service Desk was not syncing and deying access.  The server was rebooted and a full replication of active directory for DRA was preformed.  Access to the DRA was restored.
