Plan Year 2014 (January 1, 2014 - December 31, 2014)
Option Period begins for all active State employees on October 1, 2013 and closes at 11:59 pm on October 31, 2013.
In an effort to educate OMES employees on the changes to the 2014 plan year, OMES HR will be holding Option Period meetings during the month of October. These meetings are optional, and there is no need to sign up.
Sessions will be approximately 60 minutes and will be held on the following dates and times:
10/01/2013 – OK CareerTech in Stillwater at 10:30 am (1500 West 7th Ave., Stillwater, OK 74074)
10/03/2013 – EGID Board Room at 2:00 pm (3545 NW 58th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73112)
10/04/2013 – ISD Data Center, Room 2024 at 10:00am (3115 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73112)
10/07/2013 – EGID Board Room at 10:00 am (3545 NW 58th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73112)
10/08/2013 – Nicholson Towers, Room A at 1:30 pm (1110 NE 12th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73117)
10/09/2013 – Webinar session at 1:30 pm – Email Kristin.Elsenbeck@omes for Webinar information
10/15/2013 – Concourse Theater in the basement of the Sequoyah Building at 9:30 am (2400 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105)
10/15/2013 – Concourse Theater in the basement of the Sequoyah Building at 1:30 pm (2400 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105)
10/21/2013 – ISD Data Center, Room 2024 at 2:00 pm (3115 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105)
The 2014 Benefits Enrollment Guide will be available soon on the Employee Benefits Department website, http://www.ebc.state.ok.us/Pages/default.aspx. OMES HR will have Benefit Enrollment Guides available at the Option Period meetings and will distribute guides to employees located in the following locations: State Capitol, Jim Thorpe Building, ISD Data Center, ISD@DHS (DSD Data Center), Landmark Towers, and Will Rogers.
If you would like a printed Benefits Enrollment Guide and are located outside of the buildings listed above, please stop by the Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 N Lincoln, Suite G80, Oklahoma City, OK for individual guides or email Kristin Elsenbeck (kristin.elsenbeck@omes.ok.gov) to arrange pick-up for multiple guides for your department.
