Please don’t miss this opportunity to enroll for this workshop!! We have limited space available.

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services has benefited from learning about their “true colors” in the Spectrum Temperament Development workshop as a way to help communicate better with one another. A temperament is a set of behaviors, skills and preferences motivated by a core need. Every human being is born with a “natural” temperament. Your natural temperament directly influences your attitude, behavior, and perception. We feel it would be valuable for all employees of the newly consolidated agencies to be able to participate in this workshop.

I am pleased to be able to offer the Spectrum Temperament Development workshop to our newest employees. Classes will be held on Thursday, July 11, in the new Training Center in the basement of the Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 N. Lincoln Blvd. We will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
