As a reminder, OMES will implement a systemwide code freeze beginning Monday, April 6, to prepare for the PeopleSoft Financials upgrade to version PUM 53.
A code freeze is a period where we temporarily pause any new system modifications or design changes. During this time, any ServiceNow requests that require development or design changes will be placed on hold. We will resume processing these modifications once the upgrade is complete on April 20.
To help users navigate the new features and interface of PUM 53, a live demonstration session will be available Monday, April 13, from 1-3 p.m. This session will provide a walkthrough of the updated system to ensure a smooth transition for all agency partners. You can enroll now via Workday@OK.
