 Benefits partner tasks in Workday@OK
As a benefits partner, it is essential to check your Workday@OK inbox and notifications daily. This practice ensures that your agency’s employees complete any necessary benefit changes or enrollment tasks. Additionally, running the following reports can help you identify employees enrolling in benefits and track outstanding tasks that need completion for enrollment. This approach supports the efficient management of benefit-related responsibilities.
Reports:
- Benefit Event Status Report: View workers with benefit events and their status. Details include the benefit event type, event date, initiation date and submission date. Enables you to manage benefit events on a day-to-day basis.
- Benefit Change: View a list of benefit changes for one or more employees within a specific benefit group. Details include the coverage type, date of the event, event type, benefit plans involved, coverage and dependents.
- RPT00299 - Agency Transfers: Lists employees transferred in/out of agencies within a selected date range.
- RPT00059 - Employee Job Change Report: Displays all of the job changes that have taken place between two dates.
- RPT00126 - New Hire Benefit Information: Lists employees hired within a specific date range with an option to only show those who have not elected benefits.
- Part Time Workers Approaching 999 Hours Worked Year to Date: Lists regular part-time employees reaching the 800 to 999 threshold of annual work hours within a date range.
