Agency leaders,
The intent of this bulletin is to outline the upcoming shared services billing timeline.
June 18 – FY 2026 agency final quantities and detail files posted to STAR.
June 23 – A packet of applicable shared service appendices will be routed via Adobe Sign for execution by respective parties.
- The intent is to ease volume and consolidate what needs to be agreed upon for the upcoming fiscal year's shared services by sending one round of annual agreements versus a separate agreement for every division.
- If there are concerns or questions about a section, please continue to execute and process the other sections.
August – Agency use or consumption of services provided by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be deemed as accepted by the receiving agency for the rates specified by OMES applicable to the month services were received. Services provided by OMES will be billed monthly in arrears for services provided in the preceding month.
If any new rates or rate changes are under consideration and approved to move forward for FY 2027, those will be presented in September to allow agencies time to include them in their October budget request submissions.
