All suppliers on statewide contracts are thoroughly evaluated, and the rates are capped but negotiable, giving cities flexibility to secure the best value for their needs.

SW0131 includes venue rentals; hotel accommodations; event planning and management, including budgeting, preplanning, project management, and vendor and facility management; contract review; graphic design; audiovisual services; creative design and stage production; speaker coordination and conference arrangements; custom website and event app buildout; online registration management; trade show exhibitor and sponsorship management, booth setup, and exhibitor kit and drayage services; rental services; customer service; conference staffing; and on-site management.

SW0241: Firefighter's equipment
SW0241 includes station wear, structural and wildland equipment, shirts, pants, belts, hats, helmet liners, shoes, boots, gloves, tools, face masks, bunker gear sets, and TECGEN gear sets.
