May release item 374745 Recruiting Disposition Cleanup has been paused to further assess the impact of removing/adjust these disposition codes. In the release notes, it was stated that the below codes would be updated. These changes were NOT put into production with the release, so the disposition codes remain the same. The team will continue to look at ways to streamline the dispositions to make them effective indicators in the recruitment process.
Inactivates:
- Not Qualified – Experience.
- Not Qualified – Education.
- Failed to Reply (This was replaced by Candidate Withdrew – Unresponsive to 2+ Communication Attempts).
- Missed Call/No Show (This was replaced by Candidate Withdrew – Unresponsive to 2+ Communication Attempts).
- Considered (This is only available to select from Offer and Background Check).
Renames:
- From "Not Qualified – Education and Experience" to "Not Qualified – Education and/or Experience."

- Course Offerings.
- Content Providers.
- Instructors.
- Locations.
- Content Type.
- Unit Type.
- Last Updated Date.
- Active Enrollment Count.

We have introduced a streamlined process for creating and updating PeopleSoft supplier information in Workday@OK. This initiative is designed to speed up the overall employee process and empower agencies with direct control over their employee supplier files.
It is no longer necessary to submit a service ticket to the Supplier Registration team to set up employees as new suppliers. The Employee PeopleSoft User Guide is available in Workday@OK Learning.
