2025 State Suppliers Expo

Oklahoma's State Suppliers Expo will return to Oklahoma City on Aug. 5-6! Businesses of all sizes are invited to meet leaders across all areas of government, sign up as state bidders, discover current projects and initiatives, and learn the ins and outs of doing business with the State of Oklahoma.

Pre-registration will be open April 8-June 30. Visit oklahoma.gov/stateyourbusiness for the latest updates.

PeopleSoft Financials purchasing requests in ServiceNow

For assistance with PeopleSoft Financials purchasing items, agencies should submit a ServiceNow (SNOW) request.

SNOW tickets can be created for assistance with:

• eProcurement.
• Requisitions or purchase orders with error items.
• Purchasing report or query requests. 

Submitting SNOW tickets enables OMES to efficiently track and manage requests, ensuring a streamlined process that allows for timely and effective service delivery to state agencies.

Navigating ServiceNow:

To submit a request for PeopleSoft Financials assistance, log in to ServiceNow using your employee ID number, then select the Request Assistance tile on the homepage. Fill in the fields to describe your request and select Submit.

Open statewide contracts

The following statewide contracts are currently open for solicitations:

• SW0095/SW0096: Mail and storage services.
• SW1027: Detect-and-avoid (DAA) systems.

This process helps new vendors join statewide contracts, driving value for Oklahoma.
