Workday 2025R1 Agency Release Notes
Workday has completed its biannual update on March 15. Most impacts are minimal, but please review the 2025R1 Agency Release Notes for changes and disseminate them throughout your agency as you see fit.
Gov2 has been refreshed with the Workday 2025R1 updates.

Update to ServiceNow catalog item
Effective April 4, OMES Human Capital Management (HCM) will be updating the HCM Statewide Consulting ServiceNow (SNOW) form to be a more efficient tool for you. After the update, you will be able to use this form to reach both the Statewide HR Consulting team and the Workday@OK teams. Following the change, you will be able to use this form for a broader range of requests, including:
- Classification/compensation.
- HR statutes, rules and best practices.
- Workday functionality support.
- Workday@OK corrections.
- Requesting a change or addition to Workday@OK functionality.
Requests to change or add any Workday@OK functionality are reviewed through our governance process for compliance with rules/statutes, system feasibility/cohesion and statewide harmonization. This change is aimed to help us continue to improve the Workday@OK system and provide visibility in our processes.

ServiceNow offboarding tickets
The Workday@OK project team has updated the integration for SNOW offboarding tickets in Workday@OK. Previously, only the manager received the corresponding notice. Moving forward, both the initiator of the termination request and the manager will receive the notice.

Finding reports in Workday@OK
There are certain report worklets in Workday@OK that list custom reports related to a specific module. Use the main search bar to search for a specific module and report (e.g., payroll reports, HCM reports). In addition to the worklets, users can see all reports they have access to by navigating from the Menu to Reports, then selecting View Available Reports and Tasks. Then, users can either scroll through the list or filter the results by entering a specific value (word) to find reports.
