We're excited to announce Oklahoma's State Suppliers Expo will return to Oklahoma City on Aug. 5-6! Businesses of all sizes are invited to meet leaders across all areas of government, sign up as state bidders, discover current projects and initiatives, and learn the ins and outs of doing business with the State of Oklahoma.

WHAT: 2025 State Suppliers Expo, Oklahoma's biggest government-business networking event.
WHEN: Tuesday, Aug. 5, through Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025.
WHERE: Oklahoma City Convention Center, 100 Mick Cornett Drive.
REGISTRATION: Pre-registration will be open April 8-June 30. Businesses unable to pre-register can still attend and register on-site at the State Suppliers Expo.
What to expect
The State Suppliers Expo is a dynamic, two-day event that balances a robust schedule with opportunities for meaningful connections and learning.
On Day 1, attendees can explore state-hosted booths to learn about current and upcoming projects across all areas of government. State procurement staff will be available at the Supplier Registration booth to answer questions and help businesses sign up to bid on projects.
Day 2 features a full lineup of educational breakout sessions. Offering an in-depth look at conducting business with the state, these sessions will guide companies through the procurement process, teach attendees how to submit bids and highlight industry-specific requirements and opportunities.
