The draft FY 2026 OMES quantities are now available on the Statewide Transparency and Reporting (STAR) website.
STAR, formerly referred to as the OMES Performance Improvement Graph (PIG), was recently renamed to better reflect the mission of the website. OMES has also redesigned the site to offer a better user experience to those we serve.
To view the detail file, from the STAR website:
- Select Agency Rate Packet in the menu at the top of the page.
- Select your agency in the drop-down menu, then select the Jump to my Agency Rate Packet button.
- Scroll down to the App C | OMES IS Shared Services True-Up section.
- Select the Download this Appendix True-Up button.
 By continuing to make these projections available a full quarter earlier than previous budget cycles, we aim to spend more time working with you to receive feedback, make any necessary adjustments and land on a mutually agreed upon Appendix C, which will then be updated to the STAR website in June.
Please review your draft quantities and direct questions to your OMES account representative or email accountrepresentatives@omes.ok.gov by April 15.
