P-card threshold increase
Effective Jan. 1, 2025, agency P-card thresholds will increase from $5,000 to $25,000, matching the fair and reasonable amount. OMES Central Purchasing is updating the P-card Policy and Procedures to reflect this change.

Updated COR manuals for CPOs are now published on the the CPO Certification and Training webpage.

CEU report submissions
Certified procurement officers with a reporting period of 2023-2024 are required to submit a continuing education report by Dec. 31.
CPOs may submit either form CP006 or a Workday@OK learning transcript to procurement.training@omes.ok.gov.
Open statewide contracts
The following statewide contracts are currently open for solicitations:
- SW0132: Temporary employment services.
- SW0133: Non-IT consulting services.
- SW0136: Sampling – hollow stem auger soil borings.
This process helps new vendors join statewide contracts, driving value for Oklahoma.
