Latest federal guidance:

On Sept. 27, the U.S. Department of the Treasury released an update to the Compliance and Reporting Guidance for the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) authorized by ARPA.The updates to the Reporting Guidance include revisions to subrecipient Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) reporting requirements and changes to incorporate the three new eligible use categories described in the 2023 Interim Final Rule.To access the Reporting Guidance and learn more about the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, please visit the Treasury’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds website.
