You are receiving this notification because your organization, team, or agency previously communicated with the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety or the Oklahoma Tax Commission on items related to driver licenses or motor vehicle services. Please be advised items such as: documents, affidavits, educational certifications and other related materials should be sent to Service Oklahoma going forward. This critical information impacts citizens and we want to make sure we stay in close contact with you.
