Enter your time correctly in Workday

Good morning,

We hope you're staying warm! Due to winter weather this week, several Service Oklahoma locations were closed Thursday, or in some cases, staff were delayed coming into work. This will impact the way state employees enter time into Workday.

  • If you were not able to come to work, or work from home, you will use the time type "Administrative Leave."
  • If you are able to telework and worked from home, you will not enter administrative leave and follow the traditional time type of "Regular Hours."
