Dear Thrive

Anonymous employee: What local meal prep services are in the Tulsa area?

Thrive: Hello and thank you for your question! Meal prepping can be a great way to stay consistent with healthy eating while also being short on time. I found this article on several meal prep companies in the Tulsa area that can help you out even more. Another idea would be to check your local grocery store. Some stores, such as Target, have pre-made kits for quick and easy dinners.

If your question wasn’t answered, be on the lookout for the answer in the upcoming newsletters. You can always submit your questions in our Dear Thrive form.

State employee recreation leagues

Bowling rolls on April 12

The league plays at AMF Windsor Lanes, 4600 N.W. 23rd St. in Oklahoma City (AMF follows all CDC protocols in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and lanes.) The league is a great way to meet new people from other agencies as well as get some exercise. Lots of laughs and camaraderie and good, clean competition. As always, the season will end with a party and awards. If interested, email Thrive.

Tennis swings into action April 24

Spring is here, and everyone should be ready for outside activity. The spring tennis league runs April 24-June 5, skipping Memorial Day Weekend. Our levels are beginner, advanced beginner, beginner intermediate and advanced intermediate. The league meets at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center, 3400 N. Portland. If interested, email Thrive.
