Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Directors Names Deborah Jenkins Executive Director Designee

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Board of Trustees have named Deborah Jenkins as executive director designee. Jenkins will succeed Dennis Shockley when he retires Oct. 2 after 20 years of service.

Jenkins has served as director of the agency’s statewide Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program since 1999. Prior to holding this position, Jenkins served multiple roles within the Agency in more than a decade of service. Jenkins is a member of the housing committee for the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials; a former member of the Board of Governors for NAHRO; past president of the Oklahoma Chapter of NAHRO; a member of the Oklahoma Disaster Housing Task Force; a committee member for Children of Incarcerated Parents; and a member of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Living Choice Advisory Committee.
