UPDATE:   The system issue which has impeded the delivery of ECF case activity notifications has been identified, and our IT staff hope to have this resolved the morning of Wednesday, September 3, 2025.   A final notice will be sent when the resolution is complete.   We apologize that this could not be resolved today.  

 

TEMPORARY OUTAGE OF ECF SYSTEM NOTIFICATIONS OF CASE ACTIVITY

The OCC Court Clerk's Office has just been advised that no ECF system notifications of case activity have been sent out for several days.   We apologize for this inconvenience to our users, and also for the late notice of this system failure.     

We have been advised that our development staff are working on a solution to this issue, and hope to have this resolved soon.   We will advise once this issue has been rectified and the ECF system resumes sending out notifications of filings and case activity.
