ECF Frequently Asked Questions – Payments & Selecting Document Type

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) launched Electronic Case Filing (ECF) on Monday, March 21. As more people begin to use the system, answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) will be addressed.

Payments

Did you know that you can pay with credit cards OR ACH payments in ECF? If you opt to pay via ACH, you can use a check or bank account. Payments with credit cards have a 3% fee, while ACH payments have a $1 fee.

Selecting Document Type 

There has been some confusion regarding the selection of document categories and document types while filing with ECF. A "cheat sheet" (attached) has been created to give a better idea of what category certain document types reside under. Please see a summary of the sheet below.
