ECF Update No. 1 – Getting Started

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) will start Electronic Case Filing (ECF) on Monday, March 21. Watch for ECF instructions on the OCC website and ongoing updates through Gov Delivery in the coming days and weeks ahead. To get started:

1. All who file cases with OCC are encouraged to register with ECF beginning Monday, March 21.

 

2. Training and demonstrations are in the works in conjunction with the OBA CLE Department for attorneys who file at the OCC on energy, transportation, utility and other matters.

 

3. You can view a recent public demonstration of ECF which included audience questions and answers. The video is in two parts:
