May 2026
With the warmer May weather, try to take a 20- 30- minute walk each day. It can be in a local park, around your neighborhood or just up and down your street. Walking costs nothing, boosts your mood, helps your heart and eases stress. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, drink plenty of water and enjoy the fresh air!

Sometimes people take both an opioid and a benzodiazepine. This can be dangerous. These medicines may make you feel very sleepy or confused. You might even forget things. Your breathing could slow down or stop. These medicines can also be hard to stop taking. These steps can help you stay safe.
Talk to Your Health Care Provider
- Ask if you can take these medicines for a short time. Less than one month is best.
- Ask if you can take a smaller dose. Do not stop taking your medicine unless your doctor says it is okay.
- Ask about side effects, like trouble breathing or feeling dizzy.
- Tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the medicines you take, even ones you buy at the store.
Be Careful
- Do not drive or do things that need your full attention.
- Do not drink alcohol while taking these medicines. It can be very dangerous and may cause death.

There are some items that ABLE Tech is unable to accept:
