All employee documents, including paystubs, must be uploaded and submitted through the member portal. Uploading them to the employer portal is a HIPAA violation, and we cannot process them.
Business owners who are receiving subsidy assistance for yourself, if Insure Oklahoma requests your taxes, please upload them through the employer portal and your member portal. Documentation is required on both portals.
 Insure Oklahoma has been receiving outdated forms that are no longer in use. Please ensure that you are using the most current forms, which can be found on the Insure Oklahoma website.
All Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) submissions must have matching rates and benefits effective dates. They cannot be altered in any way. SBCs submitted with dates that are marked out or written over will not be accepted.
If you are NOT the active authorized representative (AR) on an employee/member account, we cannot provide you with any information regarding that employee’s personal account. Doing so would be a HIPAA violation.
If you are the agent of record on the employer's account, we can only advise whether an employee has active coverage or not. We cannot provide information as to why that employee was terminated from Insure Oklahoma. To receive sensitive information, you must be listed as the AR on the employee/member account.

Employer Applications
The processing time for employer applications is 30 days. Insure Oklahoma does not approve employer applications during the last week of each month to avoid employee enrollment issues.
Documentation Submissions
Do not submit mailed documents with staples or paperclips. This slows the processing time.
