SoonerCare Helpline: No More Waiting on Hold

Photo of a smiling woman on the phone

SoonerCare knows your time is valuable. That's why we've added a new feature to our helpline.

  • SAY GOODBYE TO HOLD: You no longer have to wait on hold when calling. With our new callback feature, you can hang up and relax. We'll save your place in line and call you back when it's your turn.
  • HOW IT WORKS: When you call, select the option to be called back. We'll then contact callers in the same order we received the calls. Whether you stay on hold or choose callback, your place in line does not change. And there's no need to call multiple times — just one call reserves your space in line.
  • TO USE CALLBACK: Please make sure spam blocking is turned off on your phone. Sometimes when we return a call, it can show up as spam. Our phone number may also come up as a Colorado or Florida number on your caller ID.

    • Benefits: Full coverage of all seven FDA-approved quit medications and nicotine replacement therapies. These do not count against your monthly six-medication limit! Covered medications and therapies include:

      1. Nicotine gum
