OHCA is sending surveys to some SoonerCare members. We are working to make your member experience the best it can be. If you get a survey, use the provided link or phone number to take the survey. The survey is available in English and Spanish. It takes just a few minutes to complete.
Did you know? Smoking can make it harder for your body to use insulin, the medicine that lowers your blood sugar. This can be a problem if you have type 2 diabetes.
SoonerCare can help! We offer two benefits to fight these challenges:
-
Medications to quit tobacco: These can help you kick the smoking habit for good!
-
Help managing your diabetes: We can teach you ways to keep your blood sugar in check.
