Insure Oklahoma Employer-Sponsored Insurance

If you are not on the employee’s account as an authorized representative, we cannot discuss ANY details with you about their account. The employee can add you as an authorized representative by logging into their account and clicking on the "Go" button in the change box on the bottom right.

For Employers – This applies to those listed as a contact person or business owner.

For Agents – This applies to those listed as Agent of Record (AOR).

For Employees – We can only speak to the member unless the account has an authorized rep listed to act on their behalf.

Reevaluating Eligibility

The federal government will soon require OHCA to reevaluate eligibility coverage for members, which means some may lose coverage. Once U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra announces the PHE is ending, OHCA will alert affected members.

The Public Health Emergency has currently been extended to April 30, 2023. Please ensure your employees’ case information is up-to-date and all requests for information are returned to OHCA as soon as possible.

Employer Applications

The processing time for employer applications is 30 days. We do not approve any employer applications during the last week of each month to avoid employee enrollment issues.

Enrollment Assistance

For enrollment assistance, call the Insure Oklahoma Helpline at 888-365-3742. The Insure Oklahoma Helpline is available Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for questions, eligibility inquiries and enrollment assistance.

ESI Brochures

Insure Oklahoma no longer sends out brochures for ESI. Brochures can be downloaded on the Insure Oklahoma Agents page by clicking the Order Brochures tab.

Documentation Submission

Please do not submit documentation for employees through the employer portal as it will not be processed. This includes business owners. If employees have documentation to submit, they should submit through their member portal, by email or fax. All documentation submitted must include the Employer ID number or Member ID number, whichever is applicable.
