Documentation Submission

Please do not submit documentation for employees through the employer portal, as it will not be processed. This includes business owners. If employees have documentation to submit, they should submit through their member portal, by email or fax.

SoonerCare Contact Information

For agents and employers who wish to speak with the SoonerCare helpline regarding general questions, the best way to get through is to dial 800-987-7767, select option 1, then option 3, then option 3 again. This will get you through to a live representative.

OESC (Oklahoma Employment Securities Commission)

Did you know Insure Oklahoma receives wage updates every quarter on any employee that is paid W-2 wages? If the application income doesn’t match OESC records, this can generate a document request for proof of income. It is important to keep all application information updated.

Employee Social Security Numbers

When adding employees to the staff list through the employer portal, please verify their Social Security Number is correct.

Public Health Emergency Coverage Extended Through April 30

The PHE period is being extended in 90-day increments by the federal government. The current date for extended coverage to end has been extended to April 30, 2022. This is subject to change based on CMS guidance.

To help ensure your employees do not lose coverage at the end of PHE, please make sure their case information is up to date and all requests for information are returned to OHCA.
