At this time, Insure Oklahoma is experiencing a high call volume. You may experience an extended wait time.
Due to a high volume, it is taking up to 21 business days to process income documents for members.

IO team members are traveling the state to educate communities about the benefits of the program. If you would like us to set aside time to talk to you or would like us to attend enrollment meetings, please let us know.

IO has a large team of professionals working to connect Oklahomans to quality health care coverage, and our program coordinators are your first point of contact when you have questions or need assistance.
IO program coordinators answer incoming telephone inquiries from employees, employers, insurance agents and participating health care providers. They also determine program eligibility as well as verify and enter data.
