The Insure Oklahoma Helpline will be closed from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on June 13 and from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on June 19.

Don't forget!
Did you know there is a 12-day rule for terminations? IO must give at least 12 days before termination, and we always end on the last day of the month. Therefore, if you terminate someone 5/25/19, they will not end IO on 5/31/19, their IO coverage will end 6/30/19.

IO team members are traveling the state to educate communities about the benefits of the program. If you would like us to set aside time to talk to you, please let us know.

Insure Oklahoma will no longer backdate applications. Please ensure employees have reapplied and have been approved before their eligibility ends to avoid a lapse.

IO program coordinators answer incoming telephone inquiries from employees, employers, insurance agents and participating health care providers. They also determine program eligibility as well as verify and enter data.
