What to know before you call [Office hours]

Did you know that Insure Oklahoma (IO) is closed every Thursday from 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.? We use that time to address your concerns and discuss ways to make the IO program – and our service to you – the best possible. So, we’re working for you … but our Helpline is not answered during this time. However, we’re happy to assist our agents, employers and members during regular hours (excluding holidays): Monday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday - 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m. As a reminder, IO offices will be closed February 18 for Presidents’ Day (state holiday).

Insure Oklahoma (IO) is a great program. We want everyone to know about it, and our new outreach team is helping to accomplish that!

IO is working with the Oklahoma Insurance Department to offer continuing education (CE) for agents. CE would be for one hour of credit and offered at no cost. We will share more information as it becomes available.
