Did you know that Insure Oklahoma (IO) is closed every Thursday from 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.?

We use that time to address your concerns and discuss ways to make the IO program – and our service to you – the best possible. So, we’re working for you … but our Helpline is not answered during this time.

However, we’re happy to assist our agents, employers and members during regular hours (excluding holidays):

Monday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Wednesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Thursday - 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

As a reminder, IO offices will be closed February 18 for Presidents’ Day (state holiday).

Meet the team!

IO team members are traveling the state to educate communities about the benefits of the program. If you would like us to set aside time to talk to you, please let us know. Email your presentation, training and/or education requests to IOoutreach@okhca.org. We look forward to working with you!

About your invoices …

Business envelope with the word "Invoice" showing through window.

When submitting an invoice for subsidy, please remember IO must receive all pages of the invoice.

It is also important to verify that the employee’s name as it appears on both the application and the invoice are the same. IO cannot payout if the names do not match.
