For Agents – This applies to those listed as Agent of Record (AOR)

For Employees – We can only speak to the member unless the account has an authorized rep listed to act on their behalf.

Insure Oklahoma approved through 2023

Great news! The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved an extension for Insure Oklahoma (IO) until December 31, 2023.

CMS is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). CMS provides federal oversight for many health care programs, including Insure Oklahoma and SoonerCare.
