New Document Upload Process
In March 2017, OHCA made a system change that affects document upload options for EHR attestations.
If documents for your EHR attestation need to be uploaded after the initial submission, you must use the “I want to upload EHR documents” link found under the “Quick Links” panel on the EHR History page. You can no longer use the "Upload Documents" link found on the main provider landing page.
If you do not use the “I want to upload EHR documents” to upload you EHR attestation documents, your attestation may be denied.
Medicaid Encounter
To qualify for the EHR Incentive Program, a provider must have at least one Medicaid encounter during the patient volume begin date or beginning of the program year (whichever is earlier) as well as the date the attestation was submitted.
