Regular Meeting and Public Hearing

The Ethics Commission of the State of Oklahoma will hold a Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Friday, December 11, 2020. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Will Rogers Building, 2401 North Lincoln Boulevard, Room 214, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This meeting may be attended in person, but will also be viewable online to accommodate the social distancing guidelines and continuing precautions recommended in the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-20 and the CDC guidelines in regard to COVID-19.
Public Hearing and Public Comment: The hearing is to consider promulgation of changes to the Ethics Rules of Oklahoma pursuant to Oklahoma Constitution Article 29, §3, published in Title 74 O.S. Chapter 62, Appendix and Appendix 1. The Chair of the Commission may announce time limits for comments to be made at the beginning of the hearing. Written comments will be accepted so long as they are received prior to 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2020. Comments may be sent via email at ethics@ethics.ok.gov with subject line “RULE COMMENT”, or delivered to Oklahoma Ethics Commission, 2300 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Room G-27, Oklahoma City, OK 73105 through mail or in person (masks required).
The text of the Rules to be considered will be posted at Oklahoma Ethics Commission - Rule Amendments by 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2020.
NOTE: This meeting is not a video conference meeting pursuant to the Open Meeting Act, but an in-person meeting that will be livestreamed.
