New Mobile App: ArcGIS Field Maps

The ArcGIS Explorer app is no longer available for download; please download the ArcGIS Field Maps app to access OLAP maps. The Field Maps app is very similar to the Explorer app, and most of the updates/changes are based on improving performance rather than appearance.

The Field Maps app is free, and you do not need to create an ESRI login to use this app (click "Skip"). However, users are encouraged to create a login so they can save maps, share their locations with friends, etc. The Field Maps app is a portal to many other maps (see below), not just the OLAP maps.

Did you know you can view other ODWC maps on the Field Maps app?

Search for "ODWC WMA Viewer" to open the WMA Interactive Map.

Search for "ODWC Fish Attractor Maps" to open the Fish Attractor map that shows where fish attractors are placed within lakes (brush piles, spider blocks, etc.).

OLAP Maps

Review the maps before entering the walk-in area. Get a good feel for the property boundaries, topography, changes in land use (farming or ranching), etc. 

Boundaries may consist of a change from grassland to agriculture, a mowed strip, etc. Some walk-in areas may not have fences for OLAP boundary signs, and it's the responsibility of hunters to know their location and the walk-in area's boundaries.

Use the free ArcGIS Field Maps app to bring the OLAP Walk-in Areas to your mobile device (data signal required). Once the app is installed on your device, search the Maps for "OLAP" and select "ODWC OLAP Web Map 2022-2023".
