The project below is weather permitting:

SH-82 narrows north of US-412 (Cherokee Turnpike) in Mayes County daily

Drivers can expect various lane closures along with pilot cars leading traffic on north and southbound SH-82 from the US-412 (Cherokee Turnpike) junction and north seven miles from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and daily through late July for a resurfacing project.

This is a $1.5 million project located near Locust Grove in Mayes County. Crews will be working in two-mile increments, and drivers should be alert to slower traffic and plan ahead for delays in the corridor.
