Workday payslips are now available for September 2022 Main payroll. OMES is aware of the difficulties in understanding the information and is developing a guide to assist. 

One question we can address is the breakdown of overtime hours. FLSA requires any hours physically worked in excess of 40 hours in a work period be paid at a premium rate of 1.5 times the employee’s hourly salary rate. PeopleSoft provided one line on the payroll earnings statement for overtime. The Workday payslip displays the overtime hours in three separate categories. An example of this is shown below.
