Congratulations to the ODOC Crisis Negotiation Team

Congratulations to the ODOC Crisis Negotiation Team. Ten members of the team participated in a crisis negotiation seminar and competition this week in San Marcos, Texas. The team earned 3^rd place in a field of nearly 2 dozen agencies from across the country. Please help us congratulate these exceptional men and women for a job well done.
