To: Oklahoma Notification Filing Licensees   

This is just a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit your renewal on time is quickly approaching.

Renewal forms not postmarked on or before February 3, 2025,  shall incur a $10.00 per day late fee.  The maximum total late fee is $300.00 in addition to the renewal fee. Late fees will be calculated based on the postmark or electronic submission date.  Late fee invoices will be sent separately.

License renewals not postmarked on or before March 3, 2025, shall expire. If your license expires, you will be required to apply for a new license.

Visit our Renewal Suite on our website at 2025 Renewal Portal to submit and pay your renewal fee online.  You may also print a renewal form from our website to send the renewal by U.S mail.
