Application Period for Oklahoma Innovation Expansion Program Opens March 31

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce will begin accepting applications for the Oklahoma Innovation Expansion Program on Monday, March 31 at 8 a.m. The program provides $15 million in funding available to qualifying companies across the state. The application period will close on Friday, April 11 at 5 p.m.

Hydro, Okla., Headed Toward Route 66 Centennial With Fun Projects

Route 66 is turning 100 in 2026 and Oklahoma is preparing for the celebration with the Project 66 Grant, supporting Oklahoma communities along the Mother Road. In this episode of our Route 66 video series, we hear from folks in Hydro, Oklahoma, who are using funds from the Grant to create a new park from an original Route 66 bridge as well as to provide a cow vending machine (you read that right!) next to Lucille's, a well-known stopping point on the Mother Road.

Oklahoma Business Hub Website Sees Significant Traffic

Late last year, Commerce announced the launch of the Oklahoma Business Hub website, www.oklahoma.gov/business, which serves as the centralized state-led website to support Oklahoma small businesses and entrepreneurs. Since its launch, the Business Hub has had more than 87,000 users.
