On March 27, Commerce’s Aerospace & Defense Team (ACES) hosted a free aerospace career fair at Rose State College which drew more than 800 job seekers. The event included 23 companies with active job openings, as well as 10 educational/career tech entities offering training and upskilling for the industry.
The CDBG program was enacted by Congress in 1974 to assist low to moderate-income communities and individuals around the nation with infrastructure, economic development, housing and disaster recovery needs through funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Application Period for Oklahoma Innovation Expansion Program to Close April 12
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is currently accepting applications for the Oklahoma Innovation Expansion Program. The program will make up to $15 million in funding available to qualifying companies across the state. The application period will close on Friday, April 12 at 5 p.m.
