Place Holding Fees for Subsidy Families
DHS has decided to allow providers to charge an optional “place holding” fee for subsidy families who choose to keep their child at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This fee is solely the parent’s option and should be handled on a case by case basis with consideration given to the parent’s ability to pay.
